Eligibility

To use WiscLoans, you must:

• Be a resident of Wisconsin or a state where our service is available
• Have a valid Social Security Number
• Have an active checking account
• Provide accurate, truthful information in your application

No Guarantee of Loan Approval

Submitting information through WiscLoans does not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer or that any offer will meet your needs. Loan availability, amounts, and rates are determined solely by individual lenders based on their own underwriting criteria.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false information is prohibited and may result in your application being rejected, account suspension, and potential legal consequences.

Wisconsin Consumer Act Compliance

All lending facilitated through WiscLoans is subject to the Wisconsin Consumer Act (Ch. 421-429) and oversight by the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions (DFI). By using our service, you acknowledge your rights as a Wisconsin borrower under applicable state law.

Intellectual Property

All content on WiscLoans.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to WiscLoans. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is prohibited.
